Support

How to get help with Mason, ask a privacy question, or report a security problem.

1. Who to write to

Write to one of the founders at the address below.

CONFIRM confirm the dedicated support address for Mason. None exists yet; until one does, use the addresses above.

Expected response time: CONFIRM confirm the response time you can commit to during the pilot.

2. What to include

Tell us the name of your workspace, what you were trying to do, what you saw, and when it happened. Please do not put agreement text, personal details or sign-in codes in an email. If we need a document to look into a problem, we will ask for it through a secure route. CONFIRM confirm the secure route for sharing files with support.

3. Sign-in help

  • The six-digit code arrives by email. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you used the address you signed up with.
  • If your organisation scans incoming mail, a scanner may have used the sign-in link before you did. Use the six-digit code instead.
  • If a code has expired, use Send a new code on the sign-in page.
  • If you have forgotten your password, sign in with an emailed code and change the password from your account page.

4. Privacy requests

To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or to raise a concern about how Mason handles it, write to one of the addresses above with the subject line Privacy request. The Privacy notice explains what you can ask for and what happens next.

5. Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Mason, write to the founders with the subject line Security, and describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people's workspaces, look at data that is not yours, or disrupt the service. CONFIRM confirm the disclosure policy, and whether any response commitment or acknowledgement is offered.
