Refund policy

Effective 22 October 2026. Version 1.0.

1. The short version

If you paid for a redline in Mason, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of paying, for any reason. You do not have to explain why.

14 days, full refund, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of the payment date and we refund the whole amount you paid for that redline.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers paid redlines in Mason. A paid redline is a verified redlined agreement, a Word document with tracked changes, that you paid for at checkout before Mason issued it.

Some things in Mason are never charged, so there is nothing to refund:

  • Reviewing an agreement, reading its findings and obligations, and accepting or rejecting proposed changes.
  • Your first redline, which is free.
  • Downloading the same set of changes again after you have paid for it.

3. Who sells to you

Mason is made by Intergen Technology Inc., Bridgetown, Barbados. Paid redlines are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax, and issues refunds. Your card or bank statement shows a charge from Paddle.

Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy takes away a right that Paddle's terms or the law give you.

4. How to ask for a refund

You can ask in either of two ways, within 14 days of the payment date:

  • Write to us. Email Kristian Payne, CEO (kpayne@intergentech.ai), or Nikita Austin, COO (naustin@intergentech.ai). Give the email address you paid with and the date of the payment, or the order number from your Paddle receipt.
  • Ask Paddle directly. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order.

We do not ask why you want the refund.

5. What happens next

What happens after you ask for a refund
StepWhat happens
Request receivedWe confirm your request and ask Paddle to refund the full amount you paid for that redline.
Paddle refunds youPaddle returns the money to the payment method you used. Paddle emails you a credit note as your record of the refund.
Money arrivesHow long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

The refund is for the full amount you paid for that redline, including any sales tax Paddle charged on it.

6. After the 14 days

After 14 days from the payment date, a paid redline is not refundable under this policy. If something went wrong with a redline after that, write to us anyway and we will look at it.

7. Charges you do not recognise

If you see a charge you do not recognise, or you were charged twice, write to us or to Paddle before you dispute it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster than a dispute can.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the version in force on the date you paid applies to that payment. We publish the current version on the Mason website.
